President
Tom brings over 30 years of hands-on construction experience and more than a decade of executive leadership to his role as President of TMS Construction. Since 2009, he has led the company with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional value to clients. Tom oversees all aspects of the business, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. His expertise spans commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, with a strong track record in cost analysis, estimating, and project design.
Chuck Pringle
Senior Vice President
Chuck oversees all project management functions at TMS Construction, ensuring alignment with client goals while maintaining strict control over budget, schedule, and quality. He plays a hands-on role in cost analysis, estimating, and bid validation, providing clients with confidence in financial accuracy. With a portfolio spanning retail, entertainment, healthcare, and specialized commercial markets, Chuck’s leadership continues to position TMS as a trusted partner known for efficiency, accountability, and exceptional quality.
Andi Urban
Chief Financial Officer
Andi leads the finance department at TMS, overseeing all financial matters and driving the company’s strategic goals. Jeff Crownover
Vice President of Field Operations
Jeff oversees all ground-up field operations, ensuring projects are efficiently planned, coordinated, and completed on time. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeff supervises TMS Superintendents and Subcontractors for each project, ensuring smooth field operations by personally inspecting every job site. His focus on quality, safety, and excellence guides field teams through each phase of execution, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
